In early 2005 Imagic introduced Internet based remote support, extending the well established on-site support provided by our support team. The service is based on netviewer (www.netviewer.de), a product being successfully used by companies like BMW. The secure remote access allows instant help directly at your workstation. Avoiding travel, reaction times for hotline support actions are shorter and costs are cut down to productive work. Please ask your local support engineer for further details.
