The imagic ims Product Family

This imaging concept is based on three main application elements:

ims studio, a Window based application for manual and highly automated image acquisition and processing;

ims navigator, a Java based and hence platform independent application for browsing of image archive both in local networks or via Intranet/Internet connectivity.

The ims server is the control centre for communication, user and data access management as well as for data exchange between ims studio, ims navigator and 3 rd party applications with the database system. These functionally completely separate applications combined with optional modules allows the tailoring of any imaging system to customer specific requirements.
